Our dedicated and motivated staff has one primary goal—your utmost comfort! Our exceptional and friendly staff is our greatest asset. We feel it’s important that you understand the treatment that you’ll be receiving, from start to finish, so that you can relax during your procedure. We are all eager to answer any questions regarding your dental care!

All of our dental assistants and hygienists are licensed professionals who pride themselves on staying on the cutting edge of dentistry and patient communication. They are excited about what they are doing, have high standards of quality and integrity, and are motivated to achieve the best results for our family of patients.

Ms. Pam Courtois

Administrative Assistant

Pam is the friendly face that is first to greet you when you arrive at Precision Family Dentistry. One of Pam's first jobs was working at the local doctor's office in her small town when she was only 13 years old. She is one of the most personable people we have ever met. Pam's go-lucky attitude and caring heart make her a perfect addition to our team. Jacinda is actually Pam's oldest granddaughter, and they love being able to hang out at work together. Pam has 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and is a dog mom to 2 adorable puppies. Pam enjoys staying busy working in the yard just as much as she enjoys cuddling up with her dogs (Bob) Seger and Keegan on the couch to watch some Yellowstone.

Ms. Jacinda Duarte

Practice Administrator

Jacinda joined Precision Family Dentistry in 2015. She studied at the University of Oklahoma for two years and is excited about furthering her education under the direction of Dr. Fitzgerald. She loves all of our patients and enjoys getting to build relationships with them. Jacinda does not have any kids, but is the proud owner of a toy schnauzer named Ziggy Stardust (inspired by the late David Bowie RIP). When she is not working, Jacinda enjoys spending time with family, reading, painting, sewing and the occasional concert. 

Ms. Sarah Evetts

Registered Dental Hygienist

Sarah has worked with Precision Family Dentistry for many years and brings a wonderful skill set and welcoming personality to the office. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 2005 and then her Master of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Oklahoma in 2012. Sarah was wed on the beach in Mexico, to her husband Seth, in 2019, with Dr. Fitzgerald as Seth's best-man! Sarah has a little mini-me named Scarlet who is 7 months old. Sarah loves being able to work part-time so she can spend more time with her sweet baby girl. 

Ms. Kendra Fretz

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kendra graduated from the College of Dentistry of Oklahoma with an Associates degree in Biology. Kendra works with our patients to educate them on how they can improve and maintain their oral health, while also providing instructions on how to uphold a proper at-home routine. She is passionate about dental hygiene and is up to date on the latest and greatest techniques and tricks.  She enjoys being part of a team that provides a high level of care for patients and staff alike! Kendra is married to her husband Taylor. When not at the practice, they enjoy traveling to concerts, Alaskan cruises, being beach bums and visiting friends. Next time you come in, ask Kendra about her latest adventures!

Ms. Christy Holloway

Registered Dental Assistant

 Christy has been a Dental Assistant for 20 years. Christy worked with Dr Fitzgerald long before he opened his own practice, and we are happy to have her at Precision Family Dentistry now. She loves being able to help patients improve their smile and confidence. She looks forward to meeting new patients and making them feel comfortable. Christy has one beautiful daughter, Sydney (16) who is her bestfriend. In her spare time, she enjoys being with family, attending concerts, fishing, antique shopping, gardening and traveling.

Ms. Loni Jones

Registered Dental Assistant

Loni completed her dental assisting training in 2005. With 16 years experience, her favorite part of dentistry is visiting with patients and making sure they are comfortable during their dental treatment.  Loni is married to her husband Mike and together they have three children, Easton (11) Ellison (8) and little miss Emery (5). They love to do activities together as a family. She loves the sunshine, wake-boarding, dancing with girlfriends, going to church and working in her flower beds.  Occasionally when she gets to have date night, she likes to visit the casino and try her luck at blackjack.

Ms. Carrie Leonard

Registered Dental Hygienist

Carrie has been practicing dental hygiene for over 20 years. She graduated from OU with a Bachelor of Science in Hygiene in 1995. Carrie is Dr. Fitzgerald's sister and loves the opportunity to work side by side with her brother in the state of the art dental practice he built from the ground up. Carrie's passion for dentistry and caring for others is what she loves most and to work as a team with her brother and his amazing staff makes her very proud. Carrie has been married to her husband Jason for almost 30 years! They are the proud parents of Corbin (26) and Colin (24) who are also both OU alumni. Together they enjoy spending family time together in Crested Butte, CO and are always looking for the next great family adventure!

Dr. Fitzgerald and his staff are amazing! He is an outstanding dentist and puts in the time and thought to get the job done right. He pays attention to detail and takes great pride in his work. He and his staff are kind and professional. Thank you all for the excellent care!

Everyone is amazing! I have high anxiety when going to the dentist, but Dr Fitzgerald & ALL of his staff were very attentive and caring, and I was actually able to relax for the first time in decades! They were very informative & for the first time I did not experience discomfort with sensitive teeth when getting teeth cleaned!

Second time here and it was even better than the first !!. I just love the way Dr. Fitzgerald and his team treat you. You immediately feel part of the family from when you walk in to when you leave. They are very thorough and very professional and yet still very personable too. Where have they been all my life? There is absolutely, without a doubt, not another dentist that i will go to from now on. I have referred numerous people to them as well.

Very prepared from office follow ups, prep with insurance , to thoroughness of hygienist , and time spent with dentist... very pleased with all parts of service . Everyone was very kind and helpful. I felt like everything was honest and on the up & up... no "sales job" as I've seen at other dental offices. My family is in good hands here.

I absolutely adore the staff at Precision—especially Jacinda in the office and Dr. Fitzgerald—and could not imagine going anywhere else! I’ve been going to their practice since 2018 (after a five year gap in dental coverage!) and their team has been nothing but patient, understanding, and adaptive to my needs.

Before finding them in 2018, I was so nervous to get back into a dental office because of the work I knew needed done (multiple fillings and a deep cleaning) and the criticism I expected to get from the dentist. That was not a worry at Precision—their team paid it zero mind and have always been encouraging and informative about my dental health.

Furthermore, Jacinda in the office is always quick to respond to any appointment requests/cancellations that I make (even when I know it can be a hassle). They’re also always quick to get me in, which is something incredibly convenient in a dentist.

What a delight all around! Thanks for all you do!
